A 34-year-old man has been charged with the murder of Olivia Pratt-Korbel, the girl shot dead in her own home in Liverpool, along with the attempted murder of her mother.
Thomas Cashman, from the west Derby area of the city, is accused of killing the nine-year-old, who was shot in the chest.
