CPS says woman had epileptic seizure at wheel and had no prior diagnosis of medical condition
The driver of a 4×4 that crashed into The Study Prep school in Wimbledon and killed two eight-year-old girls will not face prosecution after it was found she had an epileptic seizure at the wheel, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said.
The CPS said the driver had no prior diagnosis of a medical condition and had not had a seizure before.
